This is Rocky Mountain National Park.  Trailridge Rd. is the highest paved road in the United States and the park usually gets it open from the winter snows by Memorial Day weekend in May.  I was there the second day it was open.  The summer wildlife, wildflowers are outstanding and only a camera shot from the car away.
